Works good and does everything I'm supposed to be able to do with it. good size computer that I can take anywhere and it's fast too. Overall I think the computer is good and the processing system is also good because I am now able to complete my coding class

Wanted a replacement laptop to my 10-year old Toshiba. This laptop is lightweight and thin - not like those made a decade ago! Also, didn't break-the-bank. It also came with a download for security software - a plus in this day and age. So far, love it!

Boot up speed is excellent. So much faster than my previous laptop. Lightweight and keyboard response is great. Plenty of speed with the 12GB memory Wouldn’t expect anything less from a Dell! I would recommend this to anybody as long as they were not a “Gamer”

It has been a step up on everything except zoom seminars! I purchased it primarily for the zoom challenges, so I am a little disappointed so far, but I am still trying to get it to work better.

I am loving my new laptop! It is so easy to use and so light to carry. I had been using a Chromebook that belong to my son but decided I need to be able to do more and after shopping around and comparing prices and features this is was the laptop for me!

For a small TV, this has fantastic picture quality and good sound. It is perfect for a dresser top in the bedroom. Ours is in that type location and is great for leaving on and going to bed, or for that "extra" program only one person wants to watch.

Powerful computer for best price. Liked the configuration and features. Only disadvantage is plastic feel and outer look. It’s all plastic and no more metallic body like older Dell.

I really love this laptop. I do my homework everyday. It is perfect for daily works. I just preferred light on the letter. It doesn’t have nightlight. But it is really ease to use. I recommend it.

This Laptop is excellent. I had one minor glitch where the touchscreen stopped working but eventually it started working again and I have not had a problem since.

Computer works solidly but the keyboard is awkward and the port locations are in difficult spots for a smaller home office desk. Computer has a large footprint.

This is a budget laptop and good for student. It is running fast for internet. It is also light weight. Only complaint is plastic coverage of laptop, but they are selling at this price point. No one will complain.

This is a great machine for the money. The display isn't top-notch so this isn't really for gaming, but for Internet use, Word/Google docs, and such it is good.

Very happy with this computer. Used a Plugable cable and saved old to new. Win 10 had an option to move passwords and surfing data and in about a half hour things were good to go. Only miss the lighted keyboard

The computer is in the Geek Squad being set up. I am awaiting a call to let me know that it is ready for pickup.

The laptop is excellent, as a new one. This laptop that I bought was an open box. The laptop is working excellent. I got it delivered within three days of order, though the estimated delivery was 10 days.
