My old Dell Laptop quick working and I needed to get a new one. I researched all the laptops and the Dell-Inspiron 15 3593 was the right fit for me.

I bought this for my daughter as she has school online. Her other laptop was old and finally stopped working. This laptop has fast start up and works very well. She is extremely happy with it.

Laptop is fantastic for our office staff. It meets all of our requirements, the speed is fast and they're powerful enough to handle all of our shared software programs. Will buy again.

So far the laptop is working well only draw back is the screen quality from different angles could be better though it is a touchscreen

I love the keyboard keys. Had to switch to Chrome since I don't like the Edge which was a little complicated. I like it so far.

Another great product from Dell. This is my third Dell laptop & it just keeps getting better! Great display, ease of use, long battery life. It’s a wonderful piece of technology.

This laptop has been the best to me and I have had no troubles so far and it was a really big upgrade from my old laptop. It has helped me so much with school and runs real smooth.

If you regularly run multiple processor-intensive programs and are a serious multitasker, this computer is perfect for you.

I was hoping for a smaller computer but this one works perfect with my lifestyle. .. I will just have to buy a bigger case

Runs smoothly and works well. However, you may find it difficult to connect to your home wifi if you have an old router.

Not that bad for the sale price. The I7, 12GB, SSD specs work for what I need to use it for. Easy to get out of the S Mode.

I have got to say that I'm extremely impressed by this machine. I've never been a fan of Dell but my wife wanted this. All I have to say is WOW what an amazing machine.

I bought for the third time a Dell computer. I had problems with the computers, but I wanted a touchscreen so for the money it was my best deal. It was easy to set up.

I am really enjoying the faster processing speed and the increased RAM. This computer handles multiple screens with ease. It is more than adequate for a home computer.

I returned this Dell. I've always loved Dell, but not when they install software with control issues. I was unaware when I bought this that it was 10s -- that only wants you to use IT's browser, Edge. I have to use several browsers for work. When I called Dell to get help/information I saw that before I'd barely had this laptop out of the box they'd all ready had it back on sale for $200 less than what I had bought it for. Instead of giving me the discount, customer service was pretty horrible, so I boxed it all up and sent it back. My other Dell laptops were super easy to set up and get going. This one, b/c of it being 10s was not nor was I able to get help from Best Buy. I just don't have that kind of free time. I was displaced because of the pandemic and CA wildfires and needed this laptop for work. I simply didn't have any more time to waste on it.

It is a very good laptop. I would not buy anything with less options than this one. It does everything that I need a laptop to do and it does it very well.

Great for general internet & school work. It seems to do the job. Couldn't beat the prince, unless we wanted to purchase a Chromebook or something like that.

I like everything about this laptop except the memory only 12G. Other than that the laptop met my expectation.

I bought this for my son and he really likes it. I had help deciding which laptop to pick and a friend in IT thought this one would be good. I value his opinion.

Really like the Dell Inspiron laptop. It works great and was easy to install. It was shipped quick and overall exceeded my expectations. Great job Best Buy!
