Returned both. You could hear the zoom meeting playing but the screen was gray. Sometimes it would pop back but be double vision, all the letters would be shadowed and offset, but mostly, you had to shut it down and restart. I got the first one on 10/16/2020, exchanged on 11/11, had the same problem with the second within a week.The computer was used for Zooming school for 6hrs a day awhile performing google spreadsheets, etc. The first computer also had audio problems, no one could here you on zoom unless you were yelling, that might have been a problem caused by shipping. Technically this computer had all the features I wanted, but proved unusable because of the repeated screen blanking. I found online this is a consistent problem recently with Dell, something about optical driver and operating system not playing nice. Pity.

The condition was stated as excellent. The computer and battery charger were both in the box; however, the computer was already signed on by the previous purchaser. The computer did not have the previous owner removed. Someone at Best Buy did not do their job correctly! I had to take the computer to the local Best Buy to have the hard drive wiped and operating system software reinstalled. A couple hours later I received the computer back. It works correctly now.
