    Excellent laptop with only one exception and that is Windows 11. Windows 11 can be a pain at times with it's security features. Laptop works fine. Moves along well. Newer AMD processor and 16gb of memory help speed up things. Good sale price these days under $500 before tax so recommend buying if in the market for a new laptop.

    The product is just okay for the price. Associates are extremely difficult to find for help. Waiting for one takes a long time. Last time we were told by Geek Squad to bring in the laptop and printer to install the printer, the associate was extremely rude. As it turns out the store won’t allow printers! Not our best encounter.
