Very good so far. Time will tell. Had a previous Dell Inspiron for 10 years. Very reliable and handled software updates well. Home use mainly for internet info searches, emails, printer use, videos, etc. Good value for price. Hope this Inspiron continues the same way.

I bought this laptop in the middle of a college semester when my usual one decided to break during midterms. It's good. Does it's job. It feels a little too plastic and the fan is really loud when I'm working though.

Great laptop no issues with it yet. Seemsntonrun smothly ninmaterr what applications I am running on it.

I tried to get one as close to the one I had. Several times on chat with Best Buy. They helped the best they could. It feels cheaply made and smaller than my old one. and for only being my second laptop I did not realize they didn't all come with backlite for the keyboard. I will try to exchange this one for one with a lite for the keyboard and maybe a bit heavier. I guess even when you think something is a good buy on sale make sure you do your due diligence. I thought I did! For the people on chat maybe you should put that in your book of questions for future people like me. The 400 hundred could help me get a better laptop:) At the bottom it asks if you would recommend. I would but for someone who doesn't care

Like any new electronic there is a learning curve. I feel I learn something new every time I sign on. Navigating the touch pad has been different. Watching YouTube videos helps.
