Adjusting in size from chromebook, heavier than expected, has an occasion fan like noise, ok otherwise

This was a really good laptop for the price range and it's exactly what I needed

So far the dell laptop is good. I am having a bit of a problem connecting 2 displays to the laptop and the laptop often going into a sleep state, taking me up to 2-3 minutes to get the laptop awake.

Replaced old laptop. Assistance at finding new laptop was great. Was given a great price plus a good "trade in" price for my old laptop.

Absolutely love my new Dell Computer. It’s fast, easy to navigate, load documents onto files. I use this for personal needs, surfing and researching on the web, setting up newsletters primarily. It fits my needs easily.

Best dell laptop with a touchscreen. Not too sensitive but sensitive enough. Great speed with plenty of RAM. we have two and this is our third. Would buy again.

I like it. I just wish the cooling fan wasn’t on the bottom. It gets quite warm and I have placed on a cloth pad to elevate it so it can vent properly.

Love my Dell 15.6 Touch screen laptop. It is a replacement for a other bought 3 years ago. The screen is and casing is slightly smaller, which I’m not thrilled about, yet functions are the same.

My original plan was to purchase another HP laptop that didn't allow me to upgrade to Windows 11. After talking with BB sales rep., settled on the Dell with more storage and same Labor Day sales price.

A little concerned about two unexpected shutoffs causing a reboot. Going to try and go by and ask questions.

Excellent product. Only thing I notice is that the usb ports are so tight that it can be challenging plugging in and to remove usb devices.
