Love my new Dell computer. So far, it’s working great!

It’s a great laptop. However; it seems like the cursor disappears, and it’s harder to find it and control it, and I thought the speed would be more than what it is.

Best Buy , need more sales people in the Computer Dept. I really never got to ask questions, Cause they had a lot of customers , plus when i was paying for my stuff, they the customers were all around the Cashier area, Listening and watching everything. WE were the only customer, then everyone came.....

I would rate one of the two Dell computers a 5 and the other computer a 1. I would definitely rate Best Buy a 5. I ordered two identical Dell computers on October 20, 2025, and received them on 10/22. Both computers were easy to set up and ran great for three days. On the 3rd day, one of the computers would not load Windows 11, and I had to reset it back to the way I originally received it. Unfortunately, this lost all my saved data and programs that I had loaded. A few days later, I hit the power button to turn on that computer, and it would not power up. After that, I took it back to Best Buy and was told to return it because it was still within the 14 days of my purchase.

Product sucks. It simply did not work. Took it to your useless store and got the biggest run around. I purchased it and was unable to open it and use it due to official travel commitments. 4 days after the 2 week window when I got to open the box and starting loading data, the battery ran down and it would not take a recharge. The computer battery area was red hot.Store blew me off. I will never your stores again for such poor service.

great laptop… if you’re looking for a budget laptop similar to a gaming laptop this is it. Definitely not a gaming laptop, but it works to play games very well specially on the Xbox game pass 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I am mainly using this laptop for school but everything looks great to me. I got it at a discount and it helped since my budget is tight. If you are looking for a good laptop for college, then this one can be a good choice!

The computer works great. I am a little disappointed in the keyboard, not being typical due to the numbers pad. I keep hitting the wrong keys.
