I love this laptop, especially the touchscreen and copilot feature. The reason I deducted a star is bc it can get loud when the fan turns on and the battery doesn’t last as long as I’d hoped. But I really do love it, it’s fast, works well so far, and I’m able to do a lot with the touch screen and copilot

I really love this computer. I am learning more about each day. I had a little trouble hooking up the printer but the Geek Squad was able to do it in minutes. I will never be without the Geek Squad. I love the touch screen and the weight , much lighter than my last one. I have much more memory. It was a great choice for me.

This computer was perfect for my 77 year-old mother. She needed basic internet, basic access and a good display. The battery life is good, portable and light.

This Dell touchscreen is okay for the price. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it gets hot and the fan works hard every time I'm downloading and uploading files. I use it for office work. However it’s fast.

This purchase is an upgrade from a previous Dell Inspiron Laptop for a faster processor, double the memory, and four times more SSD capacity. It is always a hassle to switch to a laptop since all manufacturers have preinstalled Microsoft's products. You just have to spend time figuring out how to uninstall them without messing up the computer's operation. I have a good experience owing the Dell product before. This is the main reason to stay with Dell when I upgrade my laptop. One thing I will suggest is to include a USB to USB-C adapter. I had to order one to use the USB-C port.

This laptop replaces my old Dell laptop that was approximately 15 years old. Needless to say there have been several improvements made over the years and I appreciate every one of them. I love the smaller size, lighter weight, faster speed just to name a few.

Best purchase that ive done in awhile, the speed is faster than i thought, graphics looks amazing, the battery life is longer than expected, and to top it off ots touchscreen.

I wanted a laptop for school work and for just surfing the web. This laptop is perfect for just that! Has a large touchscreen with high speeds and i love the feel of the keyboard. The number pad on the right side is a plus too. I highly recommend tbis purchase, especially for the price!

We purchased this Dell to run our live worship service. It works well, is compact and fast.

It fast, it have enough usb to use it light and compact. Down side is the pre-installed bloware and it S mode it seen a little too annoying to deal with but after uninstalling the software that you wont need and removing the S mode it a fast laptop to use.

My last computer died so i needed a new one. I knew I didnt need the most expensive computer but not a cheap one. The AMD Ryzen 7 16gm ram was tge same gas my last computer with one difference. This computer wasnt a 2n1 but I nevwr used that feature. I was very excited that i spent way less money with the removal of the 2n1 feature and the 270 off. This computet was 520 plus tax when my last computer was 820. Has far the best of all the specifics. The only thing I didnt like was the windows 11 home software. While i am mostly useing my laptop for school and not a business, the home edition made the most sense. But i didnt like that i had to change out of SS mode. I did do extensive research first and bought virus protection so the moment I was out of SS mode I had extra seqyurity. 10 out 10. Will buy again.
