Bestbuy is good Dell is not i didnt purchase a warranty because i take caee of my electronics. Two days after the screen starts glitching out is there anything Best buy can do for me Please im in school and Need my Computer!

Well, aside from... it being broken... my transfer to the new PC being a disaster... your online support people being dishonest... and your store manager saying "There's nothing I can do, and corporate doesn't allow me to communicate with them." ... it wasn't bad.

The computer was purchased on the 1st of May on the 4 th I used it and it was not working correctly, the Keys were not registering. I returned it to the store I purchased it from for an exchange (NO CASH REFUND WAS ISSUED) at the Chesapeake square location they reserved one at the Greenbrier location for pickup as it was an exchange. The Greenbrier location stated that I would have to pay full price once again and then request a return for the initial payment and refused to give me the computer that was held and already paid for. In called customer service and was advised to cancel that and go back to the Chesapeake Sq store and request they order the computer. It is now the 13th of May I am waiting on the computer and no money was returned no computer has been received. This has been a frustrating and disappointing purchase.

The computer was fine, but unfortunately, they sent it with a different charger, and due to the lack of support, I had to buy an aftermarket charger. A disappointing experience, especially considering it's a company like Best Buy.

Battery wasn't too good but I was able to exchange with something else

I have to reboot it every time I try to use it if I don’t turn it off after I use it rather than letting it go to sleep. I feel like my grandma just trying to wake it up from sleeping

third day and it did a crash reset and would not let me reconnect to the internet. but it was perfect for three days. compliments to the next day delivery roadie.

Terrible experience! Keyboard continually locks up, the fan to cool the battery is loud, it was slow by computer standards, along with other issues. Dell was once reliable but no longer.

Dell should be better quality but Microsoft is constant on screen you need to buy this over and over and if you try to use any app Microsoft starts again over and over

And trying to get help is frustrating. On hold 3 tries for Geek Squad and never got off hold.

I bought it and it died 2 months. I was warned about dell products, live and learn. Never again.

The laptop is incredible for the deal, when I got it, it was $250 off. This is better than those other useless, garbage, and trashy Intel units. AMD is a million times more superior. AMD Radeon generally outperforms its competition for Windows 11: Intel Iris Xe Graphics. 60Hz refresh rate is good enough to handle many demanding or high-fps games. With 16GB of RAM, you can safely multitask with peace of mind, as updates will likely not affect it. And 1TB of storage is TOO GOOD for a laptop, you can safely carry large documents, assets, and archives with no problems whatsoever. Tips for geeks: Dual-boot Windows 11 IoT LTSC Enterprise Subscription with Rufus (url: rufus.ie) and a copy of the ISO (url: massgraves.dev). Contains the latest perks and features, without the bloatware. This ensures your PC will run as expected.

Very pleased with this laptop - super fast, love the AI button and touch screen! Purchased it on sale too!

Overall, this product is exactly what I was looking for. I was tempted to go somewhere else or purchase it online through Amazon or even Tiktok but I knew that BestBuy was the best option because not only would they have the best prices, but their awesome team, warranty, and membership privileges are really hard to beat. I try to buy all my electronics through them!
