    I’m a be honest I like the laptop , especially the touchscreen helps a lot with business projects. Not sure if it’s just my laptop, the battery does not last long are there that I have no issues with it

    The laptop is working good is compatible with our printer here. My daughter is happy with it. I would like to know how to shut it down when she does not want to shut it and take a break Please advise how I can limit her use on this if she does not want to listen, how can I shut it off parental guides

    Inexpensive, used for low demand schoolwork. Even on battery saver, the charge doesn’t seem to last. Might be a good entry level laptop but won’t hold up for extensive use, people who need something more powerful, or who need it to last a long time away from a charging area.

    DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY!! I have been a customer with BB for years, but I will never buy from them again. I ordered this laptop and they delivered it TO WRONG LOCATION! They even sent a picture of the package as "proof" and I can clearly see it's not my apartment. When I asked them to resend it or refund it, they refused and said to take it up with law enforcement! I'm so shocked. I'm really at a loss for words. I have so much proof on my end that the laptop never arrived, yet still they won't refund it. Worse, they continually sent me in loops, promising me a refund, then rejecting it, then investigating, then rejecting, etc. I bought a second laptop through them based on their promise that they would issue a refund. Liars! Their internal team made an "investigation"... interesting how they won't tell me how the investigation happened or give any way to contact this investigation team. I've been reading online that this is happening often especially with this garbage delivery company Roadie. THEY STOLE MY MONEY! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
