    Screen is super clear. Keys are very comfortable. No back-lit keys. Black screen issue, must turn off to resolve. Best Buy tech tried to resolve. May have to return for a replacement.

    I bought this laptop in the middle of a college semester when my usual one decided to break during midterms. It's good. Does it's job. It feels a little too plastic and the fan is really loud when I'm working though.

    Battery Life is only 3 hours; graphic card is questionable; but worse I wanted to buy maintenance warranty but. It is not a BEST BUY stock item so they want nothing to do with it. It was not shipped from DELL so DELL wants nothing to do with it. Whoever shipped it had no documents or contact info included. Buyer beware, if there is a problem YOU are on your OWN.

    Leaving this at average at the moment. I've had the laptop for approximately 2 weeks and was enjoying the ease of using it and the many conveniences. But this morning unit will not turn on. Frustrating! schedule appointment with Geek squad for tomorrow. I'll let you know what happens.
