    Product sucks. It simply did not work. Took it to your useless store and got the biggest run around. I purchased it and was unable to open it and use it due to official travel commitments. 4 days after the 2 week window when I got to open the box and starting loading data, the battery ran down and it would not take a recharge. The computer battery area was red hot.Store blew me off. I will never your stores again for such poor service.

    Today will be the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I'm taking it to Geek Squad to have them check it. Won't come on. Very frustrating!

    Delivery person left package by the road beside mailbox in the heat instead of doing what all other drivers do and bringing it to the front door.

    Have had nothing but problems with this computer. Best Buy sold me a defective computer. That's all there is to it. Won't buy anything from Best Buy again and I do mean anything. Not that these review will get a response. Best Buy does not care about any comments.

    Nothing but problems with this laptop. I suppose the old addage "You get what you pay for" might be appropriate for this purchase. Support is horrible. I've made three seperate phone appointments with Dell tech support and they have failed to contact me. They lie about the reasons for not contacting me and Dell doesn't seem to have a contact number for me to speak to someone who might be able to actually assist me. Best Buy still holds the ownership of my computer. Contacting Best Buy for assistence is as difficult as contacting Dell. My honest advice is to not purchase a computer from either Dell or Best Buy.

    I don't know if it's the product or the company, but this specific computer is the worst computer I've ever used. I can't even go into how much time and energy I've spent on it malfunctioning. This computer has to go back from where it came! It's got me so frustrating and stressed out that I don't even want to go into detail about what I was doing. I highly recommend not to get this computer.

    30 days to Black Screen, and no help from BB.

    After 30 days from delivery, the Dell went Black Screen this morning just sitting there. Just try getting Best Buy on the phone to get advice on your next steps - you'll have to go through a silly menu before being on hold listening to all their great perks of being a member, but you'll grow weary of waiting long before there is a human answering. I then went online to the Dell site, and filled out the paperwork for them to send a box to return to them for service. Hoping for 'The Best' and that the hard drive still holds all my files and programs! But it won't come from Best Buy.

    I bought this computer for my wife and so far am not enthused with it. The csa pointed her towards this computer and it doesn't even have backlit keys. I have had it approx. 45 days and it is going into the shop because it will not power up. It is not showing that the computer is getting any power. Even though when I picked it up the computer was warm to the touch. I even tried another power cord and no better. We have had Dell computers before and they always worked just fine and were very reliable. Not so much anymore, at least with this one.

    I thought it was a 2 in 1 but it doesn’t convert and there’s no backlight for the keyboard which is unfortunate.

    A piece of junk. The motherboard has failed twice in the first 6 months. Thankfully, the Best Buy repair process works well, but there is only a one-year warranty so pretty sure this laptop will be headed to the junkhead when the warranty runs out.

    I've had this laptop for TWO MONTHS. I have a hard time getting it to turn back on. Doing some research I found out it is a common problem. Since I use it for work, I cannot afford to have an undependable laptop. Apparently for the 1 year warranty, I have to send it to Dell.

    Screen went black computer was on but no screen. Was told to reach out to the manufacturer when i contacted Best Buy. Only had for about three weeks nothing happend to it wasn’t dropped so I spend almost a thousand dollars and get no help when it breaks less than a month in

    The computer was purchased on the 1st of May on the 4 th I used it and it was not working correctly, the Keys were not registering. I returned it to the store I purchased it from for an exchange (NO CASH REFUND WAS ISSUED) at the Chesapeake square location they reserved one at the Greenbrier location for pickup as it was an exchange. The Greenbrier location stated that I would have to pay full price once again and then request a return for the initial payment and refused to give me the computer that was held and already paid for. In called customer service and was advised to cancel that and go back to the Chesapeake Sq store and request they order the computer. It is now the 13th of May I am waiting on the computer and no money was returned no computer has been received. This has been a frustrating and disappointing purchase.

    There is a problem with the battery. When charging it overheats and you have to unplug it and cool the laptop for at least 8 hours before you can even boot it up and then it says the charge is less than 1%. It happened multiple times in a 3 week period and then I got an error message that the bios were messed up. I couldn't even boot up the computer at that point. Needless to say I returned it immediately.

    Well, aside from... it being broken... my transfer to the new PC being a disaster... your online support people being dishonest... and your store manager saying "There's nothing I can do, and corporate doesn't allow me to communicate with them." ... it wasn't bad.
