The Best of the BEST!!! My wife and I upgraded to Windows 11 with new computers As ours were getting old and we were going to have to move to Windows 11 anyway. DELIGHTED!

This is perfect laptop for the novice user. I bought this for a couple who needed to 2 laptops. I bought one then a couple of days later I purchased a 2nd one. They love them and provides the technology they need to surf the web, email, etc.

Perfect cheap laptop for my high schooler. Meets criteria for schoolwork. He doesn't game on it.

So far works great. Had to move over to new laptop because my old one was using Windows 10.

My daughter is delighted with this laptop. It has helped her a lot with her homework since she is in college

It is so great to start the day with a laptop that opens at once. such an improvement over my old laptop.

My laptop died and I needed a new one very quickly. After placing the order for the new one from Best Buy, I received it in just a couple of days. Setting it up took just a couple of hours. The whole process was great.

It’s been great for my children. We did have a glitch when the sound was not working. We restarted the laptop and thankfully the sound worked afterwards.

Works great ! Happy with performance although the screen appears a bit smaller than the old Dell laptop

We purchased 3 of these for the kids. So far they seem to be working well and keeping up with what they use them for. The one complaint woupd benthey have a terrible battery life.
