I am totally satisfied with the Dell Laptop computer that I purchased at Best Buy. Also, the Tech Team (Geek Squad) was very supportive, skillful and knowledgeable. I had a great experience.

Decent battery life , nice little web surfing pc. Can handle a few small tasks at once without any problems. Only complaint is only 2 usb-A slots and the usb-c port cannot be used for charging. Light gaming works on this pc without issues. To define light gaming in this context, mobile games that have pc counterparts. IE - Raid shadow legends, Dragonheir/Dragonstride. I would definitely say its akin to an Ultrabook in most every fashion minus being slightly heavier than the " True " ultrabook .

This is the perfect computer for my mother-in-law. She needed a reliable and easy to use computer. I have had one of my own in the past, this is why I thought this would be perfect for the win-laws. Easy to use, and works great.

Dell laptops are reliable and well designed. This was an excellent buy as we were replacing a Windows 10 computer. Very good selection at Best Buy

Everything I expected - a familiar product. So much faster than previous one.

The Samsung Oled I purchased has lived up to it's billing. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is awesome. All the apps in rhe system makes it easy to stream. The Geek squad did a great job of mounting the TV and showing me all the bells and whistles. I would recommend this product who want a great product fto watching shows and sporting events.

Was not what I wanted. But all I could afford. Seems to be working as advertised. The sales people who work there have very little knowledge of the products they are trying to sell. I felt like I was rushed to make a decision on the products available. I know it's hard to find "Good help" these days. But what help you do have you must train them a bit more on the products. Seems like most every question I asked he had to call someone else for the answer. What has happen to you Best Buy??

Replaced an older gaming laptop and this works just as good for a fraction of the price!

This is my third Dell computer purchase and if it performs and lasts like the first two I'll be very pleased. It's a great size and weight making it very portable. runs smoothly, decent battery life. I paid a great price and got free shipping. Thanks Best Buy. satisfied customer and I do recommend this laptop.
