This laptop was purchased for my grandson that’s away at university. It replaced the Dell he had that was 5-6 years older and starting to act up. He is very pleased with it.

This is my third Dell computer purchase and if it performs and lasts like the first two I'll be very pleased. It's a great size and weight making it very portable. runs smoothly, decent battery life. I paid a great price and got free shipping. Thanks Best Buy. satisfied customer and I do recommend this laptop.

bought not knowing it was a touch screen, however l really like the way the touch screen shuts down the computer

im not much of a commputer guy dont know what quilifies good or bad but this one is easy to use for a beginer

The Samsung Oled I purchased has lived up to it's billing. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is awesome. All the apps in rhe system makes it easy to stream. The Geek squad did a great job of mounting the TV and showing me all the bells and whistles. I would recommend this product who want a great product fto watching shows and sporting events.

I absolutely love this computer. It is fast starting and shutting down. The screen colors are bold and beautiful. I highly recommend this laptop. You won't be disappointed!

I am very pleased with just how well this lower end PC performs, especially the touch screen. It works as well as much higher priced PCs. It is great for my home use.
