Great computer when its on sale. Does what it needs to.

I honestly wasn’t impressed with the Dell Inspiron 15.6 2K Touchscreen Laptop—it just feels pretty dookie for what you’d expect. The i5-1334U is fine for basic stuff, but paired with only 8GB of RAM it starts to feel slow way too quickly, especially if you have multiple tabs or apps open. The 2K touchscreen sounds nice on paper, but it doesn’t really make up for the overall sluggish performance and average build quality. It’s okay for super light use like browsing or schoolwork, but anything beyond that feels like a stretch, and it definitely doesn’t feel future-proof. Overall, it just comes off as underpowered and not really worth getting unless you have no other option.

A very good computer, it's in perfect condition, it was like new, with no dents or scratches. A very good buying experience.

The laptop offers efficient performance, but it has two notable drawbacks. First, the keys are very small. More concerningly, the durability of the outer shell is poor. I've only owned it for a month, and the surface already shows numerous visible scratches.

An excellent laptop for my needs. Easy to use b/c of the touchscreen and since it was last year's model more powerful than his year's models at the same price or higher. The person we worked with confirmed our decision without trying to push us to a more expensive model.

Still learning how to operate everything. Had my old Sony Vaio for many years and was disappointed to find they quit making them. I think this laptop was a good price. It was recommended to me by someone who worked in IT.
