Solid laptop does what I need it to do- download pdf files from internet and print them out. Sometimes drops the connection to the printer but otherwise no complaints.

Quick processing times. Love the light, sleek look

I purchased this as a "temporary" fix when my old laptop died. I had low expectations for it, as I only needed something affordable and temporary. It has surprised me! I love it. The keyboard is so smooth and easy to use. It has done its job wonderfully so far, no complaints here.

So far so good, has all everything I need as far as speed and memory. Also a great price point. Bought to replace a Lenovo laptop that the screen starting coming apart. This Dell seems sturdier that my Lenovo, however the battery does not last as long as the Lenovo.

Works faster than my old windows 10 did. No complaints.

Great laptop. Works well for the tasks I need it for. It’s very lightweight, and nice look to it.

Over all decent PC. How ever it only has 8 meg ram, Why do any manufacturer only put 8 meg of ram in any 15.6 " laptop ot larger when 16 megs should be the minimum. Now I have to buy & install an additional 8 meg of ram.

So far it’s been a great laptop. I wasn’t sure about the touch screen at first but I find myself using quite frequently. It doesn’t over heat like my other one did. The only thing is the battery only last about 3.5 hours so I charge it a lot. I honestly don’t know if that’s good or bad for a laptop, I just wish it lasted longer.

I’m normally and apple girl at heart, so I was bummed when my Mac stopped working. But transitioning to the dell has made it so easy!! Being able to use the touch screen as if it’s like an iPad has been one of the coolest features as well. I have had this product for over a year now and it’s been a staple for me. For sure a Dell girly now

Purchased a new laptop with Windows 11 because of the elimination of Windows 10 updates. The computer functions like a tablet witn touchscreen and apps. I think it's of excellent quality and we got in on the last day of their back to school sale. We are very happy with our purchase.

This laptop comes equipped with enough features and speed to do my college homework and own web browsing. It is not as fast as I hoped but it gets the job done. It is geared to favor Microsoft software more than Google but it still allows the use of both.

The laptop is good for homework and runs relatively well, though its a bit slow at doing multitasking. Id suggest this laptop for light stuff like homework or like light games like roblox.
