The laptop works super smooth. It's excellent for multitasking. The touch screen is super responsive and the built is super sturdy!!!

Second laptop from Best Buy, both Dells. 1st one had in service 8 years not a single issue, windows 10, wasn't capable of updating to 11. The replacement has been excellent in all ways, so far. The battery life seems a bit short but it's long enough for what I need.

Overall performance is pretty decent for the price. It's not a gaming machine, but for business and most online CAD programs, it's been a champ. Battery life is pretty good. You have a few hours before you need to plug it back in. I haven't really found any issues of concern. It's been a solid machine for almost a year now.

After thoroughly testing this machine, I'm totally impressed. In particular I loved the keyboard. The keys are not floppy. The key travel is perfect. I also love the speed. Its responsive and has no lag. I bought two of these laptops hoping they would be good. I am not dissapointed! Wonderful product.

This is an amazing laptop! Is fast and I love the keyboard layout and how the keys click. I hadn’t upgraded my laptop in around 10 years. I had an Acer before this that I hated. Dell is a good and trusted brand I can always count on. I sometimes have to use it for work and I’m remote and I work a busy job with lots of programs opened. It works wonderfully, no lagging. I’ve had it 2 weeks now. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The Dell product has been a fantastic work computer. I had never owned a Dell laptop until this purchase, and I am happy I chose this product. If you're in the market for a good overall laptop, I highly recommend giving the Dell team a try. The only downside so far has been that the battery life is not particularly impressive, but I usually don't need to rely on the battery and can plug it into an outlet.

The laptop is easy to use. Not bad for the price. My only issue was it was in S mode, which will not allow me to install software from work. S mode only allows for software installs from the Microsoft store. I have peripherals that are not plug and play that have specific software. After disabling it I was able to install and access my applications.
