    The mic doesn’t work right. It drops. Manufacturer couldn’t find anything wrong but no one can hear me. I’ve had other people confirm my settings are right. Happens on my son’s as well, same model.

    Need to return. The fan is making a clicking sound. Other than that seems to be working as needed but surprised that it has mechanical problems after a month of use.

    I do not drive and had to have the foot work done. My old info was to be transferred. My old unit was trashed. I did not get to do "hands on" but was shown it worked. I have GBS and 84 yrs. old and expected to learn a new machine in 20 Min.! Example: Icons on the ribbon were on the left side of the old comp. Mouse I had someone do 2 extra trips. Printer don't work--my turn AT HOME Sept. 3rd. (If I didn't need it I wouldn't have it.) I was told I need a special adapter for photos. They did give me extra time (?).

    I urgently needed a work laptop and this unit was on sale. I find it to be cheap feeling and I find the keyboard difficult to navigate. If you do not type this isn't an issue, however for me I'm constantly inadvertently pressing the wrong key.

    this Laptop has many good features. The problem is it keeps dropping the internet connection in the same office where two other laptops stay connected.
