Returned item. Best Buy salesman does not understand what laptops are compatible with docking stations. Best Buy salesman got it wrong with this laptop selection. Best Buy management, however did a great job to understand the situation and remedy the issue.

Laptop is good but not happy with pricing. I bought this laptop around 10days back and now price got dropped within 10days, i am asking best buy to provide me price match and they denied to match the price

When i am not running programs the fan is really loud.

This computer had an operating system that wouldn’t let me complete the beginning computer set up procedures. The front desk associate discovered what the issue was and politely refunded my money.

All the laptops I have purchased in the last year have the c ports Thunderbolt compatible - this one did not.

I recently purchased the Dell laptop and so far I really do like it for most part. Got it on sale for $649.00. it's a touch screen, 16 GB and 1 TB hard drive. It has plenty of room for files and whatnot and you can even back up your old hard drive onto this hard drive. Startup could be a little bit better in reference of speed and setup. Microsoft edge is automatically installed and the predominant search engine. If you prefer Chrome you'll have to tweak it. Personally I think both operating systems should be on the laptops automatically. Schools typically use Chrome and I had to have it for my little man to do his homework this upcoming school season. I would give it a 4.4 to 4.5 overall. I've always been a big fan of Dell. Do wish it had better Video ram or VRAM.

Keyboard is very user friendly, speed of the device is great!

So far so good, it does everything I need it to do and then some. No complaints!
