Battery lasts a long time, and there seems to be no lag. It works really well for college. The touch screen feature helps with some assignments. Overall a great experience so far.

Really fast at starting. Responds perfectly the touchscreen and the sound is pretty acceptable. Battery is really bad. I bought this laptop in August and battery last 45 minutes. Dell support helped me to configure so I need low brightness on the screen, short time when not using I mean the lowest energy profile but even like that it lasts about 1 hour 35. It doesn’t have Ethernet port so you need to buy an adapter

I am very impressed with this laptop, at least based on my first impression. It's very lightweight, and seems to be performing quite well. I wish it had an ethernet port, but many laptops nowadays have omitted built-in wired networking. Highly recommended, overall!

Whether I’m running multiple Chrome tabs, using Excel, or editing light videos, everything runs smoothly without noticeable lag. The build is sleek and professional, though it’s mostly plastic. It’s sturdy enough for daily use, but not the most premium feel compared to higher-end Dell XPS models.

Excelllent PC for work. I am an analytical chemistry sales account manager and I run multiple applications at once and it seems fine so far. Has a fast core processor and plenty of ram/ssd. We’ll see how it holds up. The keyboard is a little different with the number pad but I like the wide screen that accommodates it.

Love this laptop! I can't believe how easy it was to go from my existing laptop to this one. File transfer, system setting transfer were both easy. It's super fast and I love having a full keyboard with number pad but at a lighter weight. 4x the storage and 2x the RAM of my older one is a dream. Buying it open box saved me significantly.

Excellent, super-fast laptop with good performance. The person who helped me at the store advised us on the purchase, and so far it's perfect. We've always had Dell laptops, and they're excellent. Our previous one was 14 years old, so we decided to replace it with a new one.

I purchased this laptop over a week ago and so far I have not had any issues with it. The battery life is good and it does not overheat as much. Overall this laptop is a good choice for school work.

Went it the store to get this laptop. I was hoping to get an open box one to save a little. Apparently, the open box inventory is by the store. I should have just ordered it online and have it shipped to my house. The laptop is what I needed/expected. I was hoping to get a smaller screen, but I'm not sure if I could get the same performance.
