Dell laptop is light, fast, and perfect for school.

Excellent, hace problema with some soft with 4K UD

A week into owning the product the keypad began to become unresponsive, it comes and goes. Then trying to use the search icon or the windows icon i clicked it and it is also like the mouse pad and works when it wants to. I payed $1000 for a laptop that I really expected to be glitch free.

good display,really vivi color, fast for web browsing not for video editing :( I bought this laptop to editing videos as beginner did not work for me

For a windows based laptop I suppose it's functional. It feels clunky and cheap. It was returned and I decided to go back to a MacBook computer.

The hard drive is failing after 2 months. Hopefully Best Buy and Dell will take care of this soon.

This is a beautiful computer with an excellent picture. Although, I'm not so satisfied with Windows 10 yet. It seems to run pretty slow.

I bought this computer to replace my 8 year old Dell. I have so far been very happy with the new computer. Not exactly happy with Microsoft office since I can't watch video's in firefox since it freezes and skips non-stop and have to open an microsoft program to watch videos. I have tried getting this fixed with geek squad and updating everything with no luck.

Great laptop light weight sleek design great for home use

Build quality initially seemed good, though I kept feeling like it's slower than the specs indicate it should be. I returned it after 3 weeks, when the touchpad started wigging out and moving the pointer erratically and clicking on its own.

Here are my dislikes: Windows 10 - not intuitive to me. Because there is no DVD drive, I've had difficulty downloading a (Dell purchased) program. Still working to adjusting the touch screen not to react to all hand touches.

The laptop is great, but it runs high every time I turn it on even with Geek Squad's help. The resolution is also still funky, I'm still working on that, but the laptop came with a great out of box discount so I'm willing ot do some work to it to make it perfect for me!

I have had this computer for a few days now and I like so many things about it. The display is beautiful, it has surprisingly good sound for a Dell. (the speakers in my last dell were terrible) I love the light up keyboard and the touch screen but most importantly the speed. I edit a lot of raw file pictures and this is demanding on a computer and can really slow things down. This computer has been able to keep up with no lag. I can seamlessly move from program to program with no lag. The 4k screen is amazing and really helps fine tune the images. Browsing the internet is quick and painless even with multiple applications open. I really like Windows 10 and I am happy to lay Windows 8 to rest where it belongs. Windows 10 is easy to navigate the start button is back but Cortana is my go to, to find anything. Cortana is an AI interface that you can ask questions and it ill give you answers, find files, set events on calendars or many other things. The computer is sturdy and feels well made. I am unsure on the battery life at this point but I know I have been over the 3 hour mark editing and I still had plenty of juice left. When I purchased this I was considering this and a Apple MacBook Pro. The MacBook pro is a nice computer as well, but the features on this machine seem so much better minus the solid slate hard drive. On to the touch pad. The touch pad is the only think I dislike about this computer and I dislike it a lot. They have removed the dedicated left and right mouse buttons and placed them together in the touchpad. When you are trying to click and drag it's almost impossible to do it with any precision. There is also not a feature to change the right side of the touch pad to scroll pages by moving your finger up and down. Instead you have to do a 2 finger scroll one finger remaining still while the other moves up or down. It' frustration but not nearly as bad as trying to click and drag with precision. The touch screen helps with scrolling web pages, but there are times you must have an accurate mouse. I purchased a high precision external mouse and I would urge you to do the same if you purchase this computer. The touch pad is not nearly enough to push me away as it seems most computers are going to that now, and everything else about the computer is awesome. Bought this item open box for $520. 4K resolution, 5th gen i7, 12 gig RAM. Only thing missing is an SSD. Best value for the money.

When I saw this computer I couldn't believe the sale on it! Once I got home I charged it like the sales associate told me to. After I charged it I went to use it... worked great while pluged in. As soon as I unpluged the charger it shut off. Do not buy this computer unless you plan on only useing it while connect to charger.

I bought this laptop in 2015 and it's working very well till date. Thanks Best Buy and Dell.
