The Tech support was great with transferring my files from my Old computer to this new computer.! We liked all the help we received with our questions on this new computer and its programs. The Tech Support were very friendly, speaking to us kindly as we are senior citizens and not real Tech. Tech. They were careful to explain things to us which was helpful.! This computer is a great fit for us and has great speed and easy of handling. Way Way faster than our old computer. Screen clarity is awesome and very sharp picture. Awesome Tech Support and we would recommend BestBuy !

Love my Dell laptop! It’s pretty to look at and works powerfully. Easy to navigate. Quick start up & many walks you through best ways to navigate.

i like it so far. no issues, works great. not a fan of touch screen but it does come in handy sometimes when trying to zoom in pictures or maps.

Easy setup. Works great! Installed Office and Adobe Acrobat which is what I need for my work. Twelve months no interest with Best Buy credit card.

Laptop is good. Battery life is kind of awful, but the laptop runs smooth and is easy to type on. I love it.

Laptop speed is good, don't really like the keyboard that much, not lit up and the "arrows" are too small.

So far the computer is doing great. Good graphics and it's fast. It is doing everything we need so far. Set up waa pretty quick and easy.

I am very happy with my new Dell Inspiron. I like the larger screen and having the ten key pad. It is also much faster than my old laptop.

6 month later update This computer is really great. I love it and it runs all the games and programs that I want and need.
