It's lightning quick, touchscreen, all that jazz. The biggest downfall is the keyboard. It's not backlit PLUS there are not indentions on the center keys as with other keyboards so it's hard to get your bearings. I didn't think a lit keyboard would be an issue. It is, since they didn't indent the center keys so you have no way of quickly orienting yourself.

My mother in-law using this computer for work and uses multiple programs at once and runs perfectly.

Dell is a great piece of work

It was nothing but trouble, including sending it back to Asus for repair. But the Dell is a great piece of work. I've have been using Dells for over 15 years and traveled all across the country on business and have never been disappointed. My wife has yet to complain about anything with the Dell. I'd like to get one myself; I already own a Dell E6410 and D610. Old but still working great.
