Great for personal use

We used for documents, taxes and sometimes surfing the web. My husband and I needed a computer for our personal uses which is few and far between. This worked great. 4 stars because the placemeant and spacing of the keys and keyboard is too big for my liking.

Great, but had to return it

Had to return it, though, because I unwittingly allowed Microsoft to load OneDrive, and I couldn’t get rid of it! I didn’t want it to infest my other computers. Took it to Geek Squad, and it would have cost $150 to clear it. Decided to just return it and learned a lesson. Do appreciate BB’s help.

College Laptop #2

Otherwise it's a good little machine. Hoping it doesn't break every 5 minutes like the Lenovo we had.

The employee was very kind and patient and answering questions about the laptop I was interested in and gave me several choices because I was concerned about it being compatible with some software that I had and it went really smoothly . I picked it up and it was great !! I’d buy from there again!!

Great balance of speed and battery life. SSD is a must have in this day and age. Highly recommended laptop for working from home.
