Those I have dealt with during the process of buying and transferring documents to the new computer have been very helpful.

This works similar and is a lot faster, better graphics & sound. It may not be the best model out there, but for the price and what I need it's great!

The software is disappointing. ME will not upgrade Windows to the Pro version for free as I was lead to believe. McAfee is only a two month trial then you need to buy it o r but another anti virus. I don't know where I stand with ME Office, I thought the web version was free but you can't use it without constant pop ups telling you to buy the full version. I have replaced M S Office with Google Suite for free and will replace Mcafee. Very disappointed with software !!

Great laptop computer

The computer is extremely fast for all uploads. I’ve added a few needed apps, and know I will be adding quite a bit more.

Received an email saying the product had arrived and I would be notified when it was ready.

She used it her freshman year and was easily able to do everything on this computer from classwork, to photo editing, what Netflix, to gaming. She will continue to use this computer throughout her college years.

This has been a great laptop for my teen daughter. She loves it! The only issue she has had with it is that the "A" key has come off and needs replacing to stay on.

Expandable from 8 to 12gb ram, cpu is a beast. Ssd is fast. Buy a cooling pad and its the best laptop for non-reflective non-vsync games. Zero issues beyond slight gpu. Absolutely recommend.

I also went to the Geek Squad for some help & they were able to work me in to fix A couple items. Happy with my new computer from Dell & the help I'm getting!
