My Dell computer does al as advertised, unfortunately, it does some not as advertised, the installed software putting me in the middle of a tug of war between my preferred software, and the manufacturer's preferred software.

I bought this for another person so my comments are second hand. Love the small size and light weight. It boots up very quickly and so far it hasn't disappointed in the least.

Very nice lappy. Quick responses. It is however supplied by microsoft, the interface is a bit of a change going from android to windows. There is an platform that lets you download from the play store. Bluestacks!

Battery life and overall laptop pretty good for the price. The only reason I don’t put a five star is because of the camera. This laptop camera is really bad.

I've only had this computer for a few weeks, but I am loving it so far. The biggest complaint is that it was supposed to include mouse when I ordered it - it did not.

I trust and like Dell laptops. Simce i worked in a laptop factory a long time ago i new Dell is the most durable and last for a long time. Every part of it is quality assured. I am satisfied with my laptop.

Good laptop, I bought it for my daughter, she is very happy. It meets everything that she needs for the school and more.

I love this computer I bought it to work from home and it is awesome but I also have been using it for personal as well so i really love it and plan on getting another one for my son for college next year

The computer is what it is. My real surprise was how delighted I was with the flawless execution of Best Buy's curbside. Just magnificent. Clear exact instructions and under 1 minute wait time. Well done!!

This Dell laptop is tip top! Very sleek but does everything, and so quickly does everything load up. There are features I haven't even had a chance to look at and use, but I'm already a big fan.

I should not be forced to use m8crosoft office and other products. I cannt figure out how to get openoffice because of what is preloaded on the computer.

absolutely love this laptop. I previously owned an Inspirion 13, had it for about 7-8 years. Time to upgrade....went with same type, bigger screen. Doesn't disappoint. Sleek and easy to use.

The computer is exactly what my wife wanted. She has no need for the complex machines she used when she was working an the Inspiron is just right.

This notebook is a good value. The SSD makes startup super fast. Unlike most SSDs it also has a hard drive that provides unbeleivable starage capacity. Camera and sound are above average.

It’s a great laptop for that price point!! Some times, laptop heats up, especially during updates installations. Running cooler improve the product. Longer battery life helps the customers.

Nice computer. Got it at a very good price. Does what I need it to do. No glitches or problems. It travels nicely with me. It's a Dell so I expect it to be a solid, dependable unit.

I ordered the laptop online....Went to the store to pick it up, before they sent me an email saying it was ready and wouldnt you know it, The laptop was ready for pick up. Great job.
