Love the computer and how easy it was to get going. I use this computer for my every day stuff and it runs smoothly. Programs were easy to install and easy to get up and running.

It's a nice laptop with most of the functions needed for kid learning, large touch screen, big HDD and RAM. The reboot and start is really fast with SSD. Overall highly recommended

I'm enjoying my lap top. It is smaller than the one I had before. I needed one that did not weigh much and this was the perfect one. I can take this one on trips without so big.

So far it's a great lap top at a great price. It has a beautiful resolution and it's very smooth and fast. I bought it due to having 2 types of drives. Very happy with that.

This is a vwry nice laptop. I was really just looking for one to use with my cricut. I actually ise it for so much more. It runs fast and it has alot of nice features.

Though I screwed up in the ordering process, and thought I was purchasing the Intel version....I've been pleased with the AMD Ryzen alternative so far. Fingers' crossed.

I wanted to love this computer but it did not live up to expectations. The battery life was horrible. I called the geek squad after 4 days to see if I needed to change a setting. After checking everything they told me to return it. I was also frustrated that there wasn’t a USB C port. I tried using an adapter for my doc but it didn’t work.

We bought it for Zoom Meetings and it works great. The camera quality is very good and clear. The speakers are also very loud and of good quality. Would recommend!

Dell is great with support. Easy to manipulate. Best Buy employees are very knowledgeable with assisting in chosing what meets my needs for products store wide.

Nice laptop except the mousepad is super wonky. It covers a large area but I have to put my thumb exactly in the center for it to work, and then at times my cursor flies all over the place. Very irritating to say the least. The battery life is fair, also. Definitely not 100% when I got it.

The computer I was currently using started acting up, didn't see anything I wanted in the store, ordered without seeing the DELL computer, met my expectations.
