The microphone has not worked since the day I bought it and I have bought 2 plug and play microphones and they do not work with this laptop either. So I can't do meetings on it.

Warranty sent me a new battery but I am not sure how to replace it since I have to take it apart and I am a bit nervous about it. Haven't even had it 6 months when it happened.

The motherboard was bad. This new one already has signs something isn’t right. Every now and then it just freezes when I’m using Google Chrome. Nothing I can do but wait as the processor use jumps to 95-99%. The Bluetooth is also going in and out frequently making the mouse not fun to use. When it’s working, it is a nice laptop but it seems to have a lot of small issues and hopefully not a big issue like the last one.
