    WIFI worked extremely slow. Contact Dell and work with tech support for over an hour and still does not worked. Dell offered exchange, but I decide to return to Best Buy.

    Charging issue

    Worked ok for about a month... then it stopped charging. I tried purchasing a new cord, but it didn't help. Currently trying to figure out how to get it fixed.

    Looks much better in pictures. Design is okay looking. The real problem was once it booted up, it seemed as it was from the 90s

    I thought I was getting a deal with this. I don’t use my laptop too often, so I had let it sit for about six months before needing to use it again. When I attempted to turn it on, it would not turn on and did not show any signs that the power source was doing anything to charge it. The one time I don’t buy a warranty thru BB and this happens.

    I really do not like this laptop!! There are no indicator lights for caps on and numbers lock which is very stupid. How do you know which mode it is in??? now only 4 months later is making a random clicking noise from inside of the laptop!!! This is my first and last dell , I will never again purchase this brand. I've never had any issues with any other brands such as HP or Toshiba.

    On bootup, fan whirs loudly. Error pops up that there is an issue with the fan. Laptop only 2 weeks old.

    Broken keyboard on arrival

    Computer arrived with a broken key. Well packaged so this was a manufacturer QC issue. If this is the level of care given to the visible keyboard, I hate to think about how the interior components were handled.

    An update killed it

    Microsoft updated, now my laptop is a paper weight. Had NOTHING on this laptop, aside from steam and a couple games. Had it for 1 year and rarely used it, now it's completely unusable.

    Purchased 2 and Two months in and the charger no longer works properly to charge the computer as well as the light on the cap lock button doesn't work. Also, the computer tends to freeze up. Do not waste your money on this laptop.

    This laptop is absolutely horrible I've had nothing but problems with the speakers the microphone nobody can hear me I can't hear anything there has been one problem after another I'm very disappointed

    Screen broke after like 5 uses. Not a durable screen at all. It broke simply because my wife picked it up by the screen as it slid on our desk.
