Extremely difficult purchase

However my purchasing experience was the worst I have EVER had. First accociate was to hold item 24 hrs. Did not. Next associate was very helpful in getting a 2nd unit (at a higher cost) ordered but it didn't appear and no real effort or contact was made to me about the delay. My efforts and time made the item seem unimportant and less than a pleasure to have.

Also the screen does not become dirty like my old HP I was cleaning it every day......
