Anytime I would try to open a pic, video, youtube, etc. THe screen would go black and green. I would hear the video playing but I never got any video. Also 8 gb RAM is way to low nowadays. 16 should be the minimum. I returned this laptop to the store for a lenovo yoga laptop with ryzen 7 and 16 gb of ram. such a huge improvement.

The other laptop is not the same operating system. The screen on this particular laptop ryzen has black ink behind the screen. Due to dell and their lack of following thru with their word backed up by emails I do not trust them to fix in a timely manner and will pay out of pocket for repair of screen. Biggest joke of a company ive ever dealt with.

I have it as a basic need for college. Nothing too fancy. Just something up to date from my old laptop. One thing I hate about this device is that it does not offer backlight for the keyboard. But I suppose the saying, "You get what you pay for" really do apply to this laptop. When I am ready to dive into my career that will require more. I will most defiantly have to pay more for more features than what this offers.
