Nice model, good battery life and working great for now

Nice basic laptop computer. I bought it to replace my previous Dell, which fried after 4 years. This one has all the bells and whistles that I need, basically I just use it for the net, ordering everything online because of the pandemic and social media. Hope this one lasts longer than the last, but have had decent luck with Dell.

Dell used to ship computers and laptops with great setup and tutorial info as soon as you plugged it in. I bought dozens for friends and family. Computer is fast for all my basic office computing needs. My complaints are all Windows 10 issues. This laptop has a touch screen but the keyboard does not separate, why bother with touch screen.

So far a very impressive laptop , quick & responsive, quick start , smooth touch screen , sleek style , can't find any issue yet , but I have to admit I'm very happy with purchase and for the price can't go wrong

I have always wanted to purchase a new laptop, Best Buy's service is amazing in providing me a high quality product (price range), available for same day pick-up! Impressive, given the store location. This model is a solid 9.5, in my opinion. I've had it about a month.

I’ve come to find that I really enjoy the computer. It was on sale, was the one I was looking for, and the gentleman helping me out was extremely nice and very helpful.

Great price for this laptop. Have had no problems. This Dell laptop is quick and easy to navigate. My previous dell was the same. I definitely would recommend to anybody as a good laptop for the money.

This is a solid work computer. I love the split screen capability. I only wish it wasn't automatically in safe mode, but I understand that can be disabled. Also, the 12GB RAM gives it the edge for me over typical 8GM RAM computers that can be more expensive.

It was frustrating to stand in a line for 25 minutes and be told that I could not jump back to the front of the line when I got a replacement item. The return lines are just crazy at the Bakersfield office. On a positive note, we encountered no issues with returning the computer.

My wife is enjoying her birthday present. It is light enough she likes to carry it with her. It is powerful enough that it does what she wants. No issues with battery life or wi-fi connection.

My Chrome Book Died, so when I saw this one on line, I talked with a great friend that said I picked a good one for my use. I am learning more everyday when I have time. Thank You Dell.

A great laptop, when I first unboxed it, it was huge in terms of screen size then I tested and updated everything and it went super smoothly, I genuinely love it, thanks Best Buy.

My daily work machine. It handles my daily office and IT job duties just fine. Dells support website for drivers and phone support are bar-none best over other companies. No issues whatsoever so far.

Bought one a month earlier and liked it so much I traded in my wife's computer for one. Staff was easy to work with and Geek Squad did a fantastic job of setting it up and transferring information between computers
