Great laptop for the casual pc user (internet browsing, Microsoft office, etc). Very fast and will have enough RAM to handle Microsoft 11 once it is released.

Great laptop for home and small business and Best Buy set it up for me and transferred my old laptop over the same afternoon. Was not expecting that!

Still quite new to me and I’ve only done some basic things, but this Dell seems like a solid performer. Best Buy Geek Squad services were top-notch getting all my old data off of two old laptops.

Its a good parent PC. I would always recommend a dell for getting it for your parents. Dell is always solid build and they dont change their chargers every year. lol

I felt comfortable with tech group. They helped me buy the laptop There was three exceptional “nerds”, Kamahl, Kinze ( not sure if spelled right), Nelson. I hope I can deal with them again

its a good deal and have had no issues, mainly use it to pay bills and study some interweb searches bu so far no issues and its very responsive. so glad the screen is touch screen

Good quality, easy to use and light weight, mainly for home use while working from home, the touch screen is a bit hard to use, if youre using a stylus pen its easier to use the touch screen, overall a good buy.

I do alot of zoom meetings. It works great for that. I don't do alot of other things except word excel. It is quick, clear and just right size for someone that uses it any were.

Not only the computer looks wider and thinner than my previous inspiron but also freaking fast. You can open too many files without slowing down. This is good buy for my needs.

Intel Core i5 was very fast when working Microsoft Office and Photoshop. The SSD makes everything zip through. Watching movies and videos is a breeze. Love this Dell i5

Seems to be a fine computer. Haven't had any issues with it. I bought it for a future hire and all I've done is set it up for them, but it seems like it should be good.

The laptop I replaced was 15 years old so this was a wonderful upgrade. I’m still exploring and adjusting to all my new features. So far I am really enjoying my new Dell.

I love this laptop. I enjoy watching movies on my laptop. I love the numeric keypad which makes inputting numbers easy.

Love my Dell Inspiron touch-screen laptop. Doing work from home it allows me to connect effortlessly to the internet and conduct all of my necessary business.

Good value product, Unfortunately there were none in store so we had to order the product, but what was great is that it only took a few days to be delivered.

It's my second one. Both work fine and as required. Windows 10 does have some issues and microsoft is still trying to control with EDGE. Don't use Edge use firefox and use Open Office in lieu of Word 360.
