I bought the 8g for my daughter, then best buy put this one on sale for $50 less. Looked like a great deal. While my other daughter was watching YouTube videos, the screen would go black. This happened many times over a 3 day period so I exchanged for a new one. The new one seems to work better. My daughter says she still notices glitches if she is using the split screen.

Great budget laptop. I replaced my old Dell. I chose this because of the memory and touchscreen. So far so good. Wish it has more hard drive space. But overall, good for the price since i got it on sale!

Love this laptop - my old one was still on Windows7, so, not very functional. I had to get rid of the browser system it acme with - much too limiting: now back on Chrome with a separately loaded Webroot package for security. Holds a charge for a really long time, so students could work all day at school w/o recharging.

I use this laptop for remote work when I am on vacation. As a business owner, having a fast reliable computer is nice to have!

Good laptop. My daughter uses for high school. Good speed reliable. She has dropped it a couple times and it still works. Glad its durable.

Overall a good little laptop. I didn't realize that it did not have keyboard backlight. That is the only downside. Lightweight and convenient to carry back and forth to work, etc.

Bought the laptop for my son. The build quality is good. 12GB RAM, 256GB SSD and touchscreen makes the laptop inexpensive in this market.

This computer starts up very fast. Once a basic MS office was loaded, it has met my expectations. I like the numeric keyboard on the right. The display is just large enough.

Purchased for work and its doing a great job keeping up. The i5 and 12GB of ram give plenty of computing power for most office applications and the ssd is pretty quick.
