Easy to use. Very fast. Its been one month. SO far very good.

I know it has become rare to find a laptop with an optical drive, but that is the only thing this computer is really missing. It has good speed and is very light.

A very nice laptop. Much faster than the computer it replaced. Ordered online and it was delivered very quickly and as promised.

Bought this for my travel computer and couldn't be happier. Extremely fast boot up and does tasks very well. Computer ships with S mode on (Can be turned off.), which means you can only use Microsoft programs and apps from their store; very secure. If this was my main P.C., S mode would probably be turned off. Display is nice and sound is good. Windows 11 loaded with no problems. Seems sturdy/well-built and has a nice feel and finish. Would highly recommend this laptop for work or school!

I really like the laptop, it has higher end specs at this price point then a lot of other laptops. However there are a few features I cannot look past. It has no backlit keyboard, no usb-c port, the trackpad feels cheaply made very bouncy/clicky feels like it’s loose and lastly the finish gets dirty very quickly. Overall I think it’s a great laptop that’s just missing short on a few features.

Nice Dell Laptop for everyday use. Has enough RAM to run software apps without issue, and is reasonably priced based on it's hardware specifications.

Nicely priced laptop was a last minute purchase to replace a Windows system that literally died during the middle of gaming. So far this upgrade has been great, but needed a lot of tweaking to dial back all of the "helpful" Windows gadgets and apps. The 12gb of RAM has online games are loading quickly, internet browsing running smoothly, and videos are stutter free.

It didn’t last long, the battery deteriorated very quick, definitely not recommended, I always been a Dell user, but after this computer not sure if want to go back, within one year it wasn’t even charging or let it charge, I tried with multiples charger but it didn’t worked out.

Works great for work. The ssd drive makes it super fast turning on and love the touch screen.

Finally bought a laptop to replace our old desktop. The price was right and it's perfect for home use.
