What can I say Dell computers have been good to me, thought I would try their laptop....

I got it for my girlfriend so she could do school work. Not one problem with it. It does what I need and has good battery life.

I bought this laptop for my niece for college and she loves it. It is very fast and she is able to muti-task other applications.

Bought this laptop a few years back i still have it.. Works great paid $299 for it .. Money well spent..

Bought this laptop for once in a while use. It had problem from the beginning about charging and the network connection . We had to go out of the country and by the time we come back and contact Dell, they say, warranty is over. Dell could not even troubleshoot remotely. The customer service is the worse I have ever seen. You have already worked hard to transfer lot of things on this laptop, so much time has gone into it to be stuck with a piece of junk. We are very tech savvy so this is frustrating.

Good features for office work and addition to that features, it does provide many other options that are specific with this one

My sons first year of college he needed a laptop. I picked this up ad a open boxed special it is working great. Good choice.

i thought it might be slow, or get overloaded with multiple windows because it was inexpensive, but I have not had any issues.
