A very good laptop for the price. I use it for basic programs, such as word processing and excel, and have not had any problems.

I got it for my girlfriend so she could do school work. Not one problem with it. It does what I need and has good battery life.

What can I say Dell computers have been good to me, thought I would try their laptop....

I bought this laptop for my niece for college and she loves it. It is very fast and she is able to muti-task other applications.

Bought this laptop for once in a while use. It had problem from the beginning about charging and the network connection . We had to go out of the country and by the time we come back and contact Dell, they say, warranty is over. Dell could not even troubleshoot remotely. The customer service is the worse I have ever seen. You have already worked hard to transfer lot of things on this laptop, so much time has gone into it to be stuck with a piece of junk. We are very tech savvy so this is frustrating.

My sons first year of college he needed a laptop. I picked this up ad a open boxed special it is working great. Good choice.

I had to "upgrade" to this computer as my old computer died when Windows 10 decided to upgrade, after being told no a million times. So bought this one thinking it was a nice cheap replacement. I have had multiple issues with it. The computer freezes all the time. It disconnects from the internet all the time. And it takes so long opening word, or excel. I've taken it in a couple times and Geek Squad has said stop trying to reconnect to the internet, you are creating caches. Well, sorry I need to get back on the internet. Geek Squad didn't fix any of the issues and I feel I wasted my warranty.

We don't need the computing power to run NASA at my office. We need competent, reliable machines. This one is perfect for us
