    We purchased this computer but returned it for another Dell touchscreen with a Core i5 processor and 8GB of ram on sale. No problem with this model but we decided on one with better specs.

    slow. disconnects from wifi. dvd drive skips and freezes if dvd is only smeared. big and bulky with not alot of power. works for my 12 year old to practice typing and home-school programs.

    I needed to replace my laptop suddenly and asked for recommendation for a comparable laptop; this one was recommended but it is not comparable; assumed it had touch screen and it does not.
