This laptop is serving my son and daughter well for playing Star wars the old republic.

Computer is good, keyboard isn't backlit, slow to start up, but overall it serves it purpose! Good!

This Laptop is very quick and responsive. The monitor is very clear with very well difined images.

Was happy with laptop, but then screen began having bad electronic lines running up and down after 33 days. Best Buy does not replace laptops after 14 days, Dell would not replace after 30 days (remember, defective after 33 days.) It's currently on way to Texas for repairs.. so I'll have a repaired brand new computer after 33 days.. and at least a three week wait until it's returned. Would recommend if I hadn't gotten a lemon, or if Best Buy or Dell was fair about the problem. Also, had actually bought 5 of these for me and grand-kids, and that made no difference to Dell.

I bought this computer to be used for checking email and online banking. One thing I do like about Windows 10 is that you can customize the start menu, which makes it easy to navigate. But that's about the only thing I liked about it. I could not believe how incredibly slow this computer functioned and it seems like every time it turns on not only do I have to wait several minutes for it to boot up, but new things keep popping up telling me I need to download this or protect myself from that. I've had enough. It's going back to the store.

Needed a laptop for me office and Internet. This is more than enough computer and was a great price.

This computer is really slow. It takes a long time to boot up as well as put in updates that are added each day. I basically do not use it
