This 15" screen laptop was a good buy when my old HP laptop refused to properly startup. The only thing I don't care for is the touchpad approach, so I do use a mouse and the keyboard is usable but I prefer a separate unit.

No problem with item as of right now, would recommend.

It's an excelent laptop, it have a big storage capacity and a good processor. You could to install design programs and they would run very well. It's ideal for doing homework and entertainment like watching videos and movies and more.

This laptop was so easy to get running and is fast and simple to operate. Excellent value!

My 1st Dell product ... As I said...Wow !!!! This Dell Laptop is a winner in my book !! Dell put a lot of time and effort in its design and workmanship and it shows and works superbly for me !!! I am 72 years old and not at all a tech person .. I have a hard time, finding fault with it !!! Would have liked it to have had come with a lighted key board , for evening use.. But .. Still it's a Great Buy.....

Works the way I expected.So far so good product wise

I got this laptop for my Mom, who basically just does email, billpay and some light internet browsing. Was easy to set up and does the job quite well for a basic laptop. The sub $300 price tag was very attractive as well

A really good computer for work use. I teach and needed programs like Word and PowerPoint and they run great. Of course this is a lower end laptop so not much is expected. Only paid $299 so you can't expect much. The associates at Best Buy were really helpful in showing us what our options were and were never pushy.

Great product for the price. Its fast, the start time is good, and it loads apps fast.

Computer was easy to set up. Windows worked great. I'm having some issues with flash and my Wi-Fi crashes occasionally. I'm not sure if that's related to PC or to other software. That's why I'm giving this a 4 vs. 5.

I was not out trying to get the best computer possible but I wanted something with a good amount of RAM, large hard drive and HDMI out. This computer has everything I needed and more. It is great for storing all my pictures from my DSLR, browsing the internet, and holding my large music library. Bluetooth works great and even has a cd/dvd drive, which is seemingly more uncommon these days. All around, great computer for the money.

I just started to use my Dell laptop and it seems fine. I am not too tech savvy, so I need to adjust to windows 10. I previously had windows 7. The price was great and the associates at Best Buy were very helpful.

This computer is such a good computer! The size is not too small and not overly big. The only thing I wish it could have was a light up keyboard in which it didn't. Over all, I would recommend it to someone else!

We bought a couple of these for our small business for vendors or contractors to use while in our offices. They were easy to set up, easy to connect to our wireless system, and they always work. Please understand these are not massive powerhouse laptops, but to access some programs, get on our cloud based software for work and to surf a little on the Internet. This is what I call great value.
