    I am used to my computer's processor running fast, so that I am quickly shoot off emails, etc. This processor is really slow/old generation. I returned this and got a good deal on a Surface instead - the whole bundle cost me almost an additional $400 - but I got so much more for my money, including cloud storage for pics. Store Manager was extremely helpful and accommodating in the return - I had had this computer for about 3 weeks before the trade.

    absolutely hate windows 10 it keeps updating on a daily basis and changing the settings. the f keys have been shut off so did my whole keyboard. webcam is grainy and mic dosnt pick anything up. if i can downgrade to windows 7 and the computer still function properly then i would say the computer isnt that bad. it feel generic. the nicest part about it is the spill proof keyboad, but i have no idea if that even works and i dont plan on testing it out.
