it started off looking good but went downhill

Virtually Worthless

We are a family of 4 and usually, between our one desktop and our respective Ipads we are fine but occasionally we need another fully functional computer. We are not gamers and we don't do anything much more complex tha an occasional Xcel spreadsheet, paying bills online, and online shopping. I figured this laptop would be sufficient for these tasks. OH NO!!! It takes forever just get it to the web browser and then is so under-powered that it difficult to even navigate more than one web page. I really didn't think that it would be possible to buy a new laptop that would be so worthless in 2016 but I was very wrong. This laptop is virtually worthless. My wife and kids refuse to use it.

Disappointed

Has to utilize computers in the library to complete most of his work. Plan on returning / replace when he returns home for Thanksgiving.

A big mess

But a cell phone was sent by mail to the wrong address. i recovered the cell, but at this time, I been unable to get into "My Regards" account to see what happened, and to review my personal data to avoid further problems.
