I got this laptop for limited usage: office, email and internet. Windows 10 is running fine on it (surprisingly) battery is lasting long enough. The price I got it for can't complain... Had some minor issues with installed drivers and with the pre-installed antivirus. Once got them fixed, nothing to worry about. By the way, got it as open box certified. Very good deal.

I bought this laptop before with a Celeron chip. Had to have the i3. My wife loves the Celeron laptop and I love this one. I work in IT so I have no problem keeping this laptop clean and fast.

This laptop replaced my old 4 year old laptop. It is great for general use, i.e. checking email, surfing the web and listening to music or watching videos on Youtube. I like the feel and design of this laptop, not too big or heavy. Dell has done a nice job on design for an inexpensive computer. The battery life is average, about 4 to 5 hours with moderate use.

This laptop is not powerful but for the price and for the purpose of using office tools and browsing the internet is all you need. It also serves as good entertainment cause the 15" screen.

I was looking for a new laptop but I didn't need a top end computer. I mostly use the internet and email. This computer was on sale and had decent specs. So far has been a good computer.

Great Machine that is lightweight. However, the dvd drive is not very powerful. nonetheless the machine runs seamlessly with the Windows 10 OS. A great buy for the price and the utility.

We purchased these machines for online cyber academy for three of our four children. They serve their purpose well and have functioned like a dream. Affordable, user friendly, and efficient. I chose this for the touchscreen and walked away liking the entire package. Fast and strong enough to raise a family earning minimum wage working at a Popeyes in 3rd ward Houston Texas.

solid performer for the money. 1 tb hardrive when most others have 500gb in this price range, Will probably add more ram sooner than later.

Bought for my 90 yr old father. Easy for him to use. He basically just uses it for email so easy to use.

Bought this laptop for college work. Decent price and also has i3. However it was kinda slow so I added more RAM and switched HDD to SSD. It wasnt really an easy process but this laptop became unstoppable. It became mega fast and responsive. Can run any software and low to med end games. Would def suggest for college (but keep in mind the SSD upgrade)

Using this computer for about 6 weeks and just learning Windows 10. Good value for the money. No problems to report regarding the hardware. 1 TB hard drive and CD/DVD drive are bonuses.

This is a lower-end laptop that we use for web browsing and maintaining personal documents and spreadsheets. No heavy duty video streaming or gaming or anything like that. For our purposes this system is pretty good, although just a bit sluggish. If I did this again, I'd probably go for a model with more memory and a smaller hard drive, like 6GB of memory and 500GB of storage. One thing that I don't like about this model is the lack of indicator lights. For example, you can't tell if the system is sleeping vs. powered off without pushing the power button. Also, there is no light to indicate the hard drive is active, which I like to have.

My husband needed a laptop for basic emails, web browsing, the occasional download/movie watching, etc. and we didn't want to spend a lot of money since we also own 2 iMacs, an iPad, and 2 smart phones. This is the perfect computer for what we needed and we couldn't be happier.

Before buying this laptop I had another Dell for 4 yrs with no issues! When making the decision to buy the new one I stayed with the same brand and an updated version. My old one is still going strong but I dropped it and broke the screen closer so it won't close. If anyone wants a good dependable laptop for a good value Dell is the way to go!!

This is my first time getting a Dell product with best specs at best price. I tried checking elsewhere to no avail getting the best specs and price in one shop, and that is Best Buy.

Got this as a gift.price is reasonably low compared to other websites. from my perosnal experience with dell laptops,they work only untill the expiry date and beyond that its a junk
