Issue after issue

What we ended up with is a slow computer which has a tempermental mouse pad, a power source issue (new battery sent after a diagnostic run by Dell --- not us --- did not fix the problem) The computer has to remain plugged in to have a power.

Not What I Expected

I've decided to give it to my 14 year old and look for a better performing laptop. I like Dell products overall and will more than likely stick with purchasing another Dell laptop with better performance.
