thanks for helping my daughter and i by picking out a laptop

didn't like it, it hangs several time then i returned it

Good computer, kind of slow if you save anything on it

This two-month old laptop has failed to start, gives regular error messages about the power adapter when there are no problems, and now has no wireless connectivity whatsoever. Two hours on the phone today with Dell, the technician using remote access to diagnose and try to repair the problem. They're sending me a new wireless card, which I will have to install myself, and if that doesn't work, I have to send the laptop in for diagnosis and repair. No way should an almost-new laptop be so error-prone, but they refuse replacement, and my call to Best Buy resulted only in an offer to spend 15 minutes trying to diagnose the problem. Don't buy this computer. Wish I'd bought an HP. Apparently I'm stuck, and Best Buy won't help any more than Dell is.

Very slow booting up and downloading if you just surf ok

I have found the mouse pad too sensitive and hard to use.

son purchased it to replace his old one basic computer

I bought the computer to replace another Dell that developed a split in the case. Dell refused to warrant and repair that cracked computer case so I got the BB warranty. The other Inspiron machines I have are adequate. But they all seem to have small issues that crop up. The machine is quiet and runs ok. I hope it will last more than a year or two but I don't expect these Dells to do so. The product support from this company is so poor that I think I might have been better off getting another brand.

I purchased this Dell to replace an old laptop that was starting to slow down. After 2 weeks of using this Dell and hearing complaints from family members on how slow it is I returned it for a different product. It was actually slower then than the one I was replacing.

Its cute. . Features are nice but too many updates

This laptop is extremely slow and would not recommend.

Not very happy with the purchase. The laptop all of a sudden did not recognize the DVD, just after a single use. The laptop gets very hot in less than 1 hour of use (normal web browsing). Decided to return.

Very difficult to use. Built in mouse pad is terrible.

The dell computer is nice. The I3 processor is slow .
