my last lap was a toshiba and was a lot friendlier

I'm not thrilled with this laptop at all! It's slow to react and the touchpad won't turn off. I'm constantly replacing text because my curser gets moved! I won't buy another of these Dell laptops!

AFTER ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I PURCHASED THIS DELL LAPTOP ON 9/26/16. ON NOVEMBER 21ST, THE COMPUTER WOULDN'T COME ON. I TOOK IT TO THE GEEK SQUAD TO BE LOOKED AT. AFTER BEING SENT OUT, I RECEIVED A CALL ON 11/29/16 STATING THAT THE REPAIRS WAS COMPLETED AND WAS BEING SHIPPED BACK TO THE GEEK SQUAD @ BEST BUY. THE REP STATED THE FOLLOWING PARTS WAS REPLACED: ***MUDDER BOARD, THE R.A.M & THE CHARGING PORT***. HOW DO ALL THESE PARTS STOP WORKING AFTER ONLY 1-1/2 MONTHS FROM PURCHASED. THANK GOD FOR $79.99 WARRANTY I PURCHASED

I got my laptop on Cyber Monday sale and its touchpad already started to freeze. I gifted this laptop to my wife for her birthday and now I am feeling bad about it. Will return next week

I should have read reviews before I purchased. Was having problems like everyone mentioned in their reviews. I ended up being it to bestbuy and getting another brand all together. Save time and headache from this laptop.

I only have Microsoft Office 2016 installed and I don't understand why the laptop works so slow. It takes about 15 minutes to turn on and constantly freezes.

I have had nothing but problems with the cd drive. The first one I bought I exchanged because of issues with the cd drive. I figured it was just a bad one. Well it seems to be a problem with this computer model.

This was a fill-in for my Imac that died after 6 years. Expected to bogged down like most PC's but not right from the beginnng. Yes, it was a lower end, priced computer but expected a little better.

Installed/set-up day after purchase, then not turned on for 2 weeks. After 1 week of usage, the hard drive failed. Took a week to get fixed since they had to mail it to a service center for a new HD.

I am use to my HP's that I have had in the past. This computer was larger than my old HP Pavilion g series that I am currently using. I know I need a computer badly but this one was not for me.

I bought this brand new with more memory as my old laptop was running really slow and wouldn't let me download anymore as all my memory space was used. I asked the salesperson for recommendations based on what I was looking for and this was the suggestion. Usually I have really goood luck with their recommendations, but this new laptop is as slow or slower than my previous one. I don't like the new windows...there really isn't much good to say about it. I ended up buying a MacBook for school work and other things as this is so slow...

After I checked online about the dell laptop I never thought that was a nightmare I open the box in my country I bought for a gift and I did all the setting to be used in Venezuela and after I plugged in the charger the laptop charged for a little bit and then stop, I was expecting the good quality from Dell products but nope it didn't happens, so I'm very dissapointed with the item I bought in bestbuy, sorry for the review but looks like it was tested without supervision, so I have to take it back and I'll be stuck with a laptop my niece never use

Underpowered with absolutely minimal memory and processor. Good for only the most basic. St the price, I had planned to add memory and install an SSD...it's not upgradable. Returned it.

The laptop worked fine for 3 days but then got super slow. We have purchased additional ram which has helped; however, the processor is awful. Spend the money and get a better laptop.

When using the mouse and attempting to 'click' on a subject or icon, you had to do so 3 or 4 times to get the object to open. It became frustrating after several attempts.

Dell - Inspiron 15.6 Laptop - Intel Core I3 - 4gb Memory - 1tb Hard Drive - Black Bought this laptop mostly because Dell is a well known computer brand and it seemed to have everything we were looking for. Within the first week it began to have connection issues. Seems to have a wi-fi card problem. Problems connecting and staying connected. Item returned. Should not happen with a brand new computer!

The first week I bought it I didn't use it because I needed to transfer all my info from old laptop to this new one and on the 23 day key board started messing up and was very slow they said I could not return it that I only had 14 days to return it. They wanted to charge me to fix it. I did not want to spend money on it . Very disappointed that I won't buy anything at Best Buy any more.

Computer was defective. Upon contacting Best buy they inform me that its over 15 days and they can't accept return. Standard return is generally 30-60 days with other suppliers so I do not know which world Best Buy is living in. Never buying anything else from Best Buy ever and I was a pretty loyal customer to them.

Like they say you get what you pay for...very slow and freezes only had it 2 weeks ended up taking it back
