Not what was advertised

When my son received the computer he couldn't get any of the set programs to work correctly. He took it to the local store, they couldn't get it to work either. He exchanged it for a HP laptop with 2 GB more memory for only another $30.

Useless piece of junk

Brought it home and used it for 2 weeks. That was enough to drive me nuts - it was slow and loud. Also, the plastic is cheap and nasty. Overall it is a piece of junk. Returned it after 2 weeks and got a full refund.

Nothing but problems

Now find out 59 days after purchase, can't return to Best Buy but have to mail to Dell which costs me more money and leaves me without a computer for weeks. Poor customer relations from both Dell and Best Buy. All my other relations with Best Buy have been excellent.

Calling Dell for Exchange

I purchased this about six weeks ago, and so far it has cost me about $900 in set up and repair fees. And it is STILL not working. I think I got a lemon. My husband has basically the same computer and it's been fine, but this one is nothing but a money pit.

Dell Laptop

It was a gift to my daughter and since she was not able to bring it in within 15 days to exchange it Best Buy would not exchange it. It is being repaired but now it is a repaired computer. Dont buy this one.
