It's not like I thought because it's so slow, I did not like it.

Extremely slow don't buy if you depend on it daily

This is one of the worse machines I have ever owned. It continuously freezes,does not start and is extremely slow.. I was involved in a paid web conference and the computer froze and I lost much money.I had to exchange it 2 times already. A big disappointment,do NOT buy.

It's a good starter computer easy to uses and understand

Slower than my OLD computer. Takes forever to log on and the cursor jumps everywhere. Can't type an email or anything without the cursor disappearing. I read the reviews, thought it was good, the salesperson said it was good. WRONG! what a waste of money. So disgusted

Freezes a lot. Crashes here and there. Updates a lot.

worse purchase ever. the computer was malfunctioning for three weeks it kept resetting. spent 8 hours on dell trying to get it resolved. will never buy a dell let alone from best buy. worst experience

After 5 months of use something came loose inside the charging port so it will no longer charge. Even though it has a one year warranty, BestBuy said it is not covered. Not only will I not buy another Dell, I am done with Best Buy.

This will be my last Dell, I returned it for a different brand & it works way better. Dell used to be good but other brands have surpassed them in way better hardware. I'm done!

This laptop lasted two and a half years before the motherboard broke. Waste of $500!! I will never in my life buy a Dell again! I had an Acer that I bought in 2009 and is still kicking just fine!

9 times out of 10 it won't connect to the internet...it can't find the web pages even though it says connected...very slow feels like dial up even just logging in...not worth the money or aggravation it is a horrible machine...

Not a good experience, got it home and it crashed within the first couple of hours of having it. we returned it the next day best buy was very good about the return.

The zoom on the screen jumps back and forth by its self and is frustrating to restore back to original screen. Also the right hand click often shows when the left hand click is used. Again very frustrating.

$300 computer seems like a bargain. Machine ran okay, but the track pad for the mouse would freeze occasionally for 5-10 seconds at a time. It was a real pain. I ended up returning it and upgrading to an HP.

I have had problems with this laptop from day one! Keeps me from getting on the internet no mater what I do. Way too much money to spend for a product that never works.

Started do crazy things in less than a week. Support finally sent me the address to ship laptop to repair center. They say hard drive is bad. Do not have laptop yet so I hope it will last more than a week.
