This computer is definitely not built for long term use. It freezes when connecting to the internet. I am very unhappy with this computer and when you install software it takes a long time.

If I would of known how poor this laptop was I would of never of bought it. My old laptop was twice as fast, and I only use it for home. if I could get my money back I definitely would...

This item started out great then after about 3 weeks lost certain programs during an interrupted update and made me so frustrated I smashed it to pieces and now have a $300 paperweight.

This laptop was the slowest I have ever used. I returned it after 3 weeks because it could only run using one application at a time or it would freeze and not respond.

We got. Bad computer. The operating system failed in it right from the start. We warrentied it out after three weeks.

Slow, slow, slow! This is the 2nd laptop I have purchase in the last 3 years. I have to have a pc for 1 program in my business. This one is awful.

Returned the Dell back and exchanged it for an HP ENVY. Dell was too heavy and it was just like buying an empty box and Dell service was horrible.

Quit working after 6 months. Won't charge. We bought my son the same laptop prior to our purchase. His works just fine with no problems.

Charging jack broke twice cost 100.00 to fix then broke again within 6 weeks ... never had a problem with any other laptop I've owned

Very slow, though I was told to spend the extra on this one for faster speed. You move the curser and it will open up anything you pause by.

You're better off getting a chromebook for same price. It stopped working on me after 3 months. Really slow and not powerful

Bought this and had random shutdowns while working on projects, the last one corrupted a file and had to start over from scratch.

I needed a computer that was portable and show Course type videos and was somewhat fast. This computer falls real short of that.

Open box laptop for my nephew. It wouldn't connect to the internet. Best buy gave me an even better deal when I returned it.

Slower than my old Compaq Armada from 1998. And, the DVD player doesn't work, and never has. I HATE this computer.
