Good laptop easy set up. Like the screen clear HD, keyboard is easy to use.

I chose the Dell after trying 2 different Lenovo models. I like the Dell better and have had a better experience with it. It is not the fastest but for the price I think it's great!

Excellent, great performance, great price and excellent brand.

I needed a laptop for my field service tech to use for email and managing work orders. This one gets the job done and the price was right. It's rugged enough for him to lug around.

We already have basically this same Dell now, except the one we have has a touch-screen. The new one came with a bigger hard drive 1T compared to 500GB, both have the i3 Intel processor. The laptop is nice, lite, great for word processing, excel spreadsheets and super for surfing the net. The speed is pretty quick. I would definitely buy again.

I purchased this laptop for my wife. She just wanted something to keep pictures, recipes, etc on. This Dell had good storage for the price, and Best Buy has good customer support.

Good computer, good price, good size, easy to use and setup

This is one of several laptops I own for various tasks. This one will be used as a work support laptop. Its fast enough for my purposes and fully complimented with all necessary equipment. Of course its a Dell and with great support from them. Can't say enough good things about the computer. Thanks Dell, you did a good job with this one.

With being just under a month into owning my Laptop. I'm really liking everything so far. Some small grievances, not to into the touchpad on this unit. But that's something I'll get used too. I'm also more then positive that everyone has that initial dislike. I guess my major dislike is the combo jack for Headphones/Microphone, nothing wrong with it...I just rather have had them in separate inputs. Other then that, everything is working fine. The Windows 10 OS, is great too. Makes me wish I was able to find this model type, but with a touch screen, that seems really fun, now looking at everything this can do. I'll give it 8/10.

The boot up does take longer than most Laptops I've seen but once you get passed that it's smooth sailing. Graphics card is limited so not much gaming for mainstream titles.

I bought this to replace an old computer that was on it's last legs. We are not using it for power gaming but simply to use on the internet and it works great for the price.

Not fond of Windows 10, but like the amount of memory available for saving pics, music and work.

Purchased a Dell Inspiron lapotop and I love it. Price was super reasonable and I also bought a 3 year warranty that covers everything.I would highly recommend this to a friend

I love it so far. I love the app features with the 2 finger scrolling capability. I have Microsoft office now which makes it great for work and personal. Great price too :)

Note: on Best Buy's website, this fast 15.6" laptop has no optical drive--which might explain the low price. However, it DOES have a DVDRW drive built in. That, along with a snappy Core i3 processor, makes this system a great value for the price. I bought this one for my wife, but we went back later and bought a few more for her school.

I bought this computer as my work computer. It connects well to the internet, has decent speed for programs and has been great. I also love the numeric keypad. I paid less than $300 for it and have been happy. Of course, other (more expensive) computers, are faster and have more options. This is exactly what I need- nothing too fancy!

This labtop is great for beginners and students. I was looking for a laptop for my cousing and it has to be under $300. We found this one and it exceeded our expectations. It has HDMI and bluetooth interface and also DVD and USB connections. The weight is also great. The 1TB and 4GB memory is enough to support beginners activities.

This is my first laptop I've ever had, I was told by my daughter it would be easy to use and I would like it..I have to admit it works wonderful and great for a beginner..

This computer I got a while ago on sale, and was super pleased with its speed, reliability, and versatility. Not a gaming laptop, just to get stuff done around the house
